Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. All items shipped are covered by a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee.

All Products sold by Houseofvacuumsonline.com must be returned to us within 14 business days of receipt for any refund or exchange. Customers who received free shipping will be charged our actual reshipping cost for returns or exchanges unless the error was ours. Products received after 14 days will be subject to the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. Orders that are refused at time of delivery will receive a refund minus the cost of actual shipping. We are available by phone or email to answer your product questions. Please contact us before placing your order if you are not 100% sure that you are ordering the correct item.

Email or call us before returning any part of your order to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Autorization) number. RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the outside of your returned package. Packages returned to us without a valid RMA number will be "Returned To Sender."

Order errors that are clearly the fault of Houseofvacuumsonline.com will be corrected entirely at our expense. We will ship the corrected order and provide the customer with return postage for the incorrect part.

If you received a part that is the wrong part for your vacuum, contact us and we will make it right, or give you a refund.

Exceptions and Exclusions
Returning items due to "change of heart" after the 14-day guarantee is not considered defective and no credit will given.

Upon receipt of defective returned items, we will test and evaluate each to determine if it is defective. If the item is found to be defective, you will be sent a new item, or a refund.

We are a warranty center for Simplicity Vacuums. All other machines and parts carry the standard factory warranties and guarantees.  If you cannot find an authorized dealer of that particular brand to repair you equipment, contact us and we may agree to repair it at our standard rates. We do not warranty user damage. The freight back to House of Vacuums must be paid for by the customer.
